If you have recently received your Real Estate License and will be joining an association for the first time, and you have never been issued a NRDS (M1) number.
If you are an agent who is currently part of another Association and and wish to become a Secondary Member of the GWCAR.
If you are a supplier/vendor who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of GWCAR.
If you are the BIC or owner of a firm that belongs to another REALTOR® association and wish to have your firm become a member of our MLS.
If you are an agent who is a member of a REALTOR® association and wish to become a subscrber of our MLS.
